Duties of Position:

• Responsible for carrying out duties assigned and agreed to by head coach and Athletic Director.
• Carry out duties in a manner that is consistent with William Rainey Harper College's philosophy in regard to athletics and education.
• Volunteer coaches are subject to all harper College employee policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of coaching secondary or post secondary athletics preferred.
