The Mentor for the GEAR UP program provides based educational, social, cultural, and recreational support activities to various student groups, according to university policies and regulations. Conduct individual and group educational, cultural, and/or social experiences for students. Please note that assigned tasks and responsibilities span both campuses for all MCCC positions.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Currently enrolled in higher education with a minimum of 30 credit hours earned Experience
• Bilingual a plus.
• Position requires flexible hours and includes some evenings and Saturdays
• Reliable transportation to commute to a multisite in NJ and PA
• One or more years of related experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint preferred
