Job Title: Junior Research Fellow(JRF)

Department: Biosciences and Bioengineering

Title of project: Drug development using natural products for neurodegenerative diseases and narcotic drug abuse targeting sigma-l receptor

Qualifications: As per CSIR Guidelines for Research Scheme/Sponsored Schemes/ Emeritus Scientist. Please refer to CSIR-HRDG website: www.csirhrdg.res.in. Master’s degree in Biophysics/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences or equivalent with 55% marks and passing of NET/GAJL test with a valid score card.

Project Duration: Three Years/till the tenure of the project

Fellowship: Rs.37,000 per month for 2 years and Rs.42,000 per month for the 3rd year. (HRA as applicable)

Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience. Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
