Knowledge Mobilisation Officer

About us

The UCL Institute for Global Health (IGH) is at the heart of UCL’s Grand Challenge of Global Health. The Institute’s vision is for a world where international policy on global health is informed by world class research. IGH aims to support the development of robust solutions to aspects of the world’s major global health challenges through scholarly outputs, education, public engagement, translational research and ultimately by influencing public policy and professional practice.

The National Survey of Sexual Attitudes and Lifestyles (Natsal) is Britain's largest and most influential scientific study of sexual behaviour, attitudes, and health. Since its inception in 1990, Natsal has provided critical evidence that has shaped sexual and reproductive health policy and practice across the UK - from HIV prevention strategies and sex education curricula to sexual health service commissioning and public health campaigns. Natsal findings are regularly cited in parliamentary debates, government policy documents, and NHS strategic plans. They inform decision-making across multiple departments (DHSC, DfE), parliamentary inquiries, and public health practice at national and local levels.
