Classification: Administrator II
Department: Labor and Employee Relations team within the Division of Human Resources and Inclusive Excellence
Salary Range: $8,800 - $10,800 per month
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Three years of experience in the area of Labor and/or Employee Relations. Considerable knowledge of policies and practices involving personnel/human resources functions and demonstrated experience in the practical application of those practices in a complex organization. Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution. Demonstrated ability to communicate information clearly and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Public sector labor/employee relations experience in a higher education institution. Experience working within the CSU system.
