Schedule Information: Flexible schedule. Writing Center is open M-R 8 - 8 F 8 - 4:30 S 9 - 2 (Fall and Spring). Need to be available nights and Saturdays.

Hours Per Week: 1-28

Duties of Position:

• Assist students with academic study and learning strategies (such as time management, study skills, notetaking, reading, and test taking) to help them become stronger, more independent learners.
• Provide small- and large-group workshops on study and learning strategies.
• Assist with updating and maintaining study and learning materials used during sessions.
• Attend regular staff trainings throughout the semester.
• Maintain records of students tutored.
• Other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience Requirements: Previous experience in academic coaching, academic success tutoring, or teaching preferred.
