Additional Responsibilities
- Teaches non-credit courses and skill improvement
workshops.
- Maintains and tracks student progress in non-credit
classes.
- Instruct students who are at-risk, referred for Early Alert,
and on probation.
- Organize and instruct in the Bridge programs.
- Conduct workshops to support learning skills and studying
strategies.
- Collect data and analyze the effectiveness of
instructions.
Minimum Requirements
- Education - Bachelor's degree in applicable
field.
- Experience - One year of related experience in
specialized content area.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Advanced degree in the related field of support.
- Experience in tutoring, teaching, working with college
students.
- Experience working with at-risk adults.
- Experience working with freshmen through senior
year.
- Experience in clinical practices for related majors.
Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
- Word processing and spreadsheet applications

- Work with at-risk college students.
- Provide strong communication skills with faculty and
staff.
Licensing / Professional Certification - None.

- Must be able to work on weekends and maintain flexible work
schedule during peak enrollment and advising periods.

on campus and in the workplace.
Salary: $17.54/hour
