Lecturer

The Department of English and Film and Television Studies Program at the University of Vermont seeks a full-time Lecturer specializing in film and television theory and expertise in psychoanalytic theory.

Job Duties:

• Develop and teach courses on topics including: History of Cinema; Theoretical Approach to Media; Classic and Contemporary Cinema; and courses in the Lecturer's research area.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Perform service to the Department, the University and the profession.

Requirements:

• PhD in English Literature, Film and Television Studies, or closely related field.

Salary Range: $56,650-$59,000
