Position Summary

The Alvarez College of Business, Department of Management is seeking to identify multiple qualified applicants to fill vacancies for the upcoming academic semester (Fall 2026). Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in business administration, management, leadership, or a related field.
• One or more years of in-person teaching and/or work experience in management, human resources, strategy, or related fields.
• Ability to teach on-campus for a minimum of one hour per week per course.
• Ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in management, leadership, business administration or related field.
• Five years of teaching and/or work experience in the areas of specialization.
