"Lecturer"

Position Overview

The Fisher College of Business is accepting applications for a Semester Lecture appointment (temporary position) to teach undergraduate and/or graduate course(s) in the Department of Operations and Business Analytics. Duties include but are not limited to: holding office hours; grading assignments and submitting grades; may participate in curriculum development and course coordination.

All courses are taught in person on the Universitys main campus in Columbus, Ohio.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Masters degree or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications

• Experience teaching in a learning setting including, but not limited to, K-12 classroom experience or higher education teaching as an instructor of record or graduate teaching assistant.

Department Information

The mission of the Department of Operations and Business Analytics is to provide world class research, teaching and outreach in all areas of operations, purchasing and supply chain management. The department offers core courses in operations management, data analysis and business analytics to all of Fishers undergraduate students, as well as electives in various aspects of the disciplines.
