The NCCER Certified Training Instructor delivers high-quality, competency-based instruction in construction trades through Continuing Education programs. This role focuses on preparing students for careers in the skilled trades by providing hands-on training, classroom instruction, and industry-recognized NCCER certifications. The instructor plays a key role in bridging education to workforce opportunities by aligning training with employer expectations, apprenticeship pathways, and regional workforce needs. The position supports student success by equipping learners with technical skills, safety knowledge, and job readiness competencies required for employment in high-demand construction fields
