General Requirements: Practitioner expertise in some element of business law is desired. Professionalism is essential. Must be a member of Texas Bar Association.

Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses both face-to-face and online in multiple areas of Business Law and closely related topics. Service to the University and profession is also expected.

Educational Requirements for the Position (Faculty Positions Only): Juris Doctor degree is required.

Experience Required for the Position (Faculty Positions Only): Qualified under AACSB standards and the ability to maintain qualification. Potential for excellent teaching and service. Appropriate business and teaching experience preferred.
