Lecturer
Associated Faculty in Art will teach Art 3000, Digital Image Manipulation, which is a studio-based art course. Must be able to teach Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software while helping students create digital media artwork and gain knowledge of digital artists. Must be able to apply written, oral, and visual communication skills and interpret and grade student work.
The course takes place in autumn 2025 from August 26, 2025 through December 18, 2025, and meets online, Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:55pm to 9:55pm. In spring 2026, specific course details are to be determined.
Performance Objectives: Help students achieve experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software, develop fundamental experience creating digital media art, and gain knowledge of digital artists.
Education and Experience Requirements: Required: MFA in Fine Art and teaching experience in digital image manipulation to undergraduate students. Desired: Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software.
