Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in History and Philosophy of Science
The School of History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Sydney is seeking to fill two full-time academic positions, academic Level B/C/D, Base Salary $127,436 - $207,069 p.a. + 17% superannuation
We are particularly interested in candidates working in the areas of early modern science, or science or medicine in Asia, or Indigenous knowledge systems. We are looking for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in History and Philosophy of Science who has:
- A PhD in History and Philosophy of Science or related fields including STS, History, Philosophy, Asian Studies, Indigenous Studies
- An excellent research profile evidenced by original, high-quality and independent research (relative to opportunity)
- Teaching experience including course design, coordination, delivery, and assessment
