Job Summary
The University of North Georgia invites applicants for a Lecturer position in Visual Arts teaching foundations courses and related curriculum to begin fall 2026. Job responsibilities may include online courses.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include expectations for teaching up to four Visual Arts courses each semester, holding office hours, maintaining classroom space and equipment where applicable, and attending department meetings.
- The successful candidate will: Demonstrate a successful record (and commitment to) teaching in a liberal arts environment.
Required Qualifications
- M.F.A. in Visual Arts
- Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience teaching college-level courses, proficiency with drawing and foundational concepts, and those who have experience in teaching on-line courses.
