Job Description

promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large; *promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students; *participate on university committees; *assist with all campus events i.e. concerts, Homecoming, commencement ceremonies, and special activities as they occur; *include but not limited to the maintenance of the University property; *maintenance of all campus buildings; *assist with moving furniture and the set up of campus events/special activities; *maintenance of the fresh water and waste water systems; *maintain campus lighting; *repair structures as needed; *complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University; and *perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

high school diploma; and *valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications

some electrical, mechanical, and carpentry skills; *must maintain absolute confidentiality and privacy of information; *good communications skills; and *ability to drive.
