Job Description
Digital and Smart Design Development
- Lead and assist in the development of the assigned Project’s Program in consultation with the stakeholders and the project consultants and contractors.
- Assist the integrative design team in the appointment of other necessary consultants relating to the various trades and disciplines required for the project.
Design Management
- Lead and assist the integrative design team in the design development process to achieve the projects time, cost and value objectives.
- Reviewing in collaboration with the Client and Consultant, the adequacy of the development plan.
- Monitor all necessary applications for planning and implementation approvals with respective stakeholders.
- Monitor design work progress and liaison between stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Monitor project’s overall master program and cost and convene special meetings amongst consultants/contractors for program and budget tracking purposes.
Contract Documentation
- Assist in tender preparation and project documentation works when necessary
- Monitor and track project provisions with contract documentation
Contract and Implementation Management
- Ensure quality and compliance on all contracted scope and objectives are delivered timely according to contractual provisions.
Post Construction Management
- Ensure receipt of all necessary as-built project documentation such as as-built drawings and O&M manuals and all guarantees and warranties by the consultants/contractors to the stakeholders for proper project closure.
Qualifications
Qualification
- University Degree in engineering or related fields in the built environment as recognized by BCA
Years of Experience
- 5-8 years of project management with at least 3 years in the field of construction-architecture-and-engineering
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
- Advantageous to be PMP certified and have prior experience in implementing cutting-edge green sustainable technology and digital solutions
- Good knowledge of built environment project implementation stages from design to construction and post construction management
- Competent in manpower, budget and project risk mitigation planning
- Familiar with Singapore’s Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Result-driven and thrive in fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issues
- Competent in MS Office applications
