Manager, Financial Operations (Hybrid) - Orthopedic Surgery
Position Summary
Provides management and administration of Division's financial and business affairs and operations, managing division office, supervising and nonacademic personnel.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Compiles and maintains income/expense records.
- Prepares financial reports, impact statements, forecasts and budgets for management and funding agencies.
- Manages division office and non-academic personnel.
- Coordinates preparation of grant applications and funding proposals, oversees training of grants management.
- Maintains personnel files and processes non-student payroll.
- Coordinates and carry out special projects.
- Assesses need, evaluation and purchase of office equipment.
- Assists Business Manager or Director with projects as needed.

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
