Manager, Shared Infrastructure (Hybrid) - WashU IT
Position Summary
The person in this position will provide leadership, analysis, planning, organization, communication and management necessary to support all aspects of a Shared Infrastructure Functional Area. This position also participates in management discussions and strategic planning at the functional level.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service delivery for their assigned Shared Infrastructure Functional Area 40%
- Provide Solution Engineering, process analysis, system design, implementation and on-going support of systems.
- Ensure integrity and security of these systems.
- Participate in management discussions and planning at the department level to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical and advisory leadership and recruitment and development of professional staff and ongoing evaluation to include resource allocation and organization of staffing 25%.
- Provide disciplined project management methodology including documentation and implementation standards required to meet project milestones 15%.
- Oversee validation, testing and implementation of new products and services 10%.
- Review documentation related to services, solutions and interfaces 10%.

Salary Range
$84,200.00 - $148,500.00 / Annually
The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
