Manager-Social Work

Position Summary

The Manager-Inpatient Social Work is responsible for supervising, under the direction of the Associate Director of Behavioral Health, licensed Social Work inpatient team members & inpatient IRPs and collaborating with professional members of the interdisciplinary Treatment Team. The Manager-Inpatient Social Work also is expected to cover a caseload of patients and provide social work services to patient and/or families who receive inpatient psychiatric treatment. This position prioritizes patient care needs and provides leadership and development of the Psychiatric Inpatient teams.

Master's Level Degree

Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work with Independent Ohio License to practice with supervisory status (LISW-S) required, five years clinical experience applicable to the population preferred; knowledge of complexity of patient care required prior demonstration of leadership or management skills preferred. Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and relational databases desired. Excellent writing and speaking skills required.
