Job Description
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution for a globally ranked University, influencing student recruitment outcomes across domestic and international markets.
- Work within a high-performing, data-driven marketing team delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that translate strategy into measurable results.
- Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary: $95,231p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The Brand, Marketing and Recruitment (BMR) division brings together expertise across brand, marketing, communications, digital and CRM to deliver integrated strategies that grow the University’s reputation and student base. The Marketing Performance and Operations team sits at the centre of this function, driving end-to-end campaign performance, digital experience optimisation and lead conversion through data-informed decision making and cross-channel execution.
About the opportunity
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across the full student journey, from awareness to conversion.
- Build hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign execution, CRM and digital optimisation within a complex organisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
About you
- Relevant qualification in marketing or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting or delivering marketing campaigns, including planning and execution across digital and direct channels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Well-developed organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing software, or website content management systems.
