Job Description
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution for a globally ranked University, influencing student recruitment outcomes across domestic and international markets.
- Work within a high-performing, data-driven marketing team delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns that translate strategy into measurable results.
- Full-time appointment on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
- Base salary: $104,243 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the opportunity
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the full student journey, from awareness through to conversion.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver data-led marketing strategies aligned to University priorities.
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimised for performance.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience delivering strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and CRM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, exercising sound judgement and initiative.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, with strong planning, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
