Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of experience in student support roles or related fields are required. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Two years of collegiate coaching experience required and demonstrated knowledge of rules, teambuilding, strategies, recruiting, retaining, and planning are required.
