Bard College seeks a Mechanic Level I to join the Building and Grounds department. The Mechanic Level I will work under the supervision of the Physical Plant Department and as delegated within the Buildings and Grounds and Administrative Management for trades, utilities, grounds, housekeeping, and general operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties including, but not limited to, the installation, repair, and adjustments to gas and diesel power machines and equipment including ignition and electrical systems, engines, power trains, tires, steering systems, and front ends; grease, wash, and change oil; paint, weld, and body work
