As Member Engagement and Support Coordinator, HEAT you will coordinate member engagement activity for the HEAT Service. Working closely with the Member Engagement Consultant you will coordinate member engagement activities including communication campaigns and webinars. You will also help us to manage our Helpdesk more efficiently, by building up a bank of resources for Support agents.
As Member Engagement and Support Coordinator, HEAT you can expect to be involved in:
- Assisting with the delivery of communication campaigns to maximise Member engagement
- Implementing updates to a range of content on our website and other member resources.
- Leading on building and maintaining a bank of resources for the Helpdesk Support agents, the wider team, and Membership.
- Providing administration for online events including the preparation and circulation of pre-event documentation and post-Event follow-up.
What will you bring to the role?
- Educated to A level or equivalent
- Knowledge of business communications and using websites to reach an audience
- Experience of delivering high-quality training to individuals and groups
- Evidence of the ability to convey complex information which needs careful explanation or interpretation to help others understand
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Office packages and experience of using databases and spreadsheets.
