Nature’s Intelligence Studio Project Officer (TIDE)

The Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) is seeking to recruit a Nature’s Intelligence Studio Project Officer. The postholder will provide proactive administrative and coordination support to the delivery of the CAF-Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean and the University of Oxford cooperation project, “Posicionamiento de la Amazonía como un polo de innovación verde basada en biomímesis.” The role will support the effective implementation of project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include supporting the planning and delivery of project events, coordinating stakeholder and participant administration, and providing monitoring, reporting, and financial-process support in accordance with University policies and funder requirements.

This is a fixed-term, part-time appointment (0.4 FTE) for 9 months. The role will be Oxford-based, with flexibility for remote working, and travel may be required as part of the post.

The successful candidate will have experience in organising project activities. They will also have a proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to communicate in Portuguese at professional level is essential and knowledge of Spanish is also desirable. A high level of attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures in documentation and reporting, is essential for this role.
