Applications are invited for the post of Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco) Project Administrator. The post holder will have responsibility for monitoring progress and measuring the impact of activities delivered by the neaco project.

Your primary responsibility is the administration of the Central Team's operations, as well as providing or supporting the team's key functions in finance, data and evaluation, communications and partner coordination. You will also directly support the Project Manager, and network partners where required.

This post reports to the neaco Project Coordinator and works closely with all neaco Central team members, ensuring efficient administrative processes are in place to ensure the smooth-running of the project, and that team members can focus on their key tasks. You will maintain a good operational understanding of the project and productive working relationships across the region, in order to manage tasks and enquiries both internal and external, and ensure partners can work together effectively.

In this role you join neaco's Central Team at the University of Cambridge, which leads the Office for Students (OfS) funded Uni Connect project in East Anglia. As the lead for neaco, we represent our partnership of the five Universities and seven Further Education Colleges in East Anglia. We have worked together since 2017 to deliver an unprecedented outreach programme, through which to effectively engage diverse audiences across East Anglia, and achieve the Uni Connect goals. More information on our partnership is available at www.takeyourplace.ac.uk, and on Uni Connect at https://www.officeforstudents.org.uk/

You will work alongside six colleagues in the central team, as well as being part of the larger Cambridge Admissions Office. We expect the role-holder to spend some time each week at our offices in the Student Services Centre in central Cambridge, but there is flexibility to work from home as well. There may be opportunities for occasional travel across the East Anglian region to meet and work alongside partner staff.

This is a fixed term post, the funds for which are available until 31st July 2026. We are happy to discuss flexible working requests please feel free to discuss prior to applying or at interview.

This role is available full time. We would consider applicants looking to work 0.8fte also.

Additional information regarding the role can be found within the further particulars. Your application should clearly set out how you meet the criteria listed in the person profile (the knowledge, skills and experience required for the role) along with relevant examples. Candidates will be shortlisted based upon these criteria. Candidates should submit a covering letter alongside their CV.
