Neuroradiology Faculty Appointment

General Description

Salary: $240,000 - $280,000 a year

The Department of Radiology at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neuroradiologist to join our growing academic neuroradiology faculty. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered, and education-focused academic medical environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Interpretation of a full spectrum of neuroradiologic imaging, including brain, spine, and head/neck studies
  • Participation in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Contribution to clinical service excellence and multidisciplinary conferences
  • Engagement in one or more of the tripartite mission of patient care, education, and research, as aligned with faculty interests
  • Shared participation in call coverage within the neuroradiology division.
  • Flexible clinical scheduling arrangements are available and may include non-traditional models such as remote coverage, weekend-focused shifts, or alternative block schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on / 1 week off), based on mutual agreement.

The Russell H. Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency
  • Fellowship training in Neuroradiology
  • Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Radiology
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
  • Demonstrated commitment to education, teamwork, and academic medicine
