Role Overview:

• Collaborate with other members of the peri-operative healthcare team
• Deliver comprehensive care to surgical patients across the lifespan
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and cultivate an environment that centers on the needs of patients and their families

Key Qualifications:

• Current New York State (NYS) RN license/registration
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia training program and certification
• CRNA experience preferred

Core Skills:

• Must possess a strong foundation in anesthesia principles, pharmacology, and patient assessment to provide safe and effective anesthesia care.
• Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: be adept at assessing complex situations, analyzing data, and making quick, informed decisions to ensure patient safety during anesthesia administration.
• Effective communication skills are crucial to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Work in fast-paced and unpredictable environments, requiring them to be adaptable and flexible in responding to changing patient needs, emergencies, and evolving clinical situations.

Hours: Various shifts available, weekend rotation may be required

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $17,500

Pay Range: $248,600.00 - $422,700.00
FSLA Status: Exempt
