ONE STOP COUNSELOR
The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a ONE STOP COUNSELOR to provide a single point of service to students who need assistance with academic records, financial aid, registration, student accounting and other related topics. To provide a single point of professional integrated service to students.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as a customer service representative responding to student questions primarily related to registration, academic records, financial aid, student accounting and other related topics.
- Provides assistance on other related student services as requested by students that will be provided through a variety of media.
- Participates in on-going training activities to develop a high level of knowledge and familiarity with institutional practices and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
(Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $16.40)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirements.
