Job Summary
The Department of Craniofacial, Oral and Materials Sciences a basic science department within the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, is seeking applicants with a PhD, MD/PhD, DDS/PhD (or equivalent) for an open rank tenure-track or tenured faculty position in any broadly-defined area of biomedical sciences with a research focus relevant to craniofacial and oral biology including, but not limited to, developmental, cell and molecular biology, genetics, genomics, epigenomics, regeneration, systems biology and/or data science.
Key Responsibilities
- The faculty member is expected to establish or bring an extramurally-funded research program.
- Faculty will participate in limited dental student teaching and mentoring to graduate students.
- Attend and present at meetings and training to enhance professional skills and participate in faculty development activities.
