Required
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant in New Jersey
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Master's degree in physician assistant studies or a health-related field. Must be willing to pursue a doctoral degree.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Strongly Preferred
- Doctoral degree (e.g., DMSc, EdD, PhD, DHSc) in a health-related or education field
- Prior experience in PA or health professions education
