The School of Health and Medical Sciences (SHMS) is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to support the Department of Molecular and Biomedical Sciences (MBS).
The successful candidate will primarily support the Department, Divisional and Section Heads within the Department as well as manage a variety of central administrative functions supporting teaching, research, and general education operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, a methodical approach, and a desire for a diverse role within a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should be keen to develop and learn, and thrive on delivering to the highest standard.
Key attributes of the successful applicant include:
- High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work and priorities effectively
- Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
