Opportunities Available:

1 x Full-time fixed-term basis to September 30th 2026.

1 x Full-time fixed-term basis to December 2026.

1 X Full-Time fixed-term basis for 12 months.

Base salary range: $116,262 – $127,078 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity

Provide expert HR insights and advice to UWA leaders.

Lead workplace relations, performance, and change management initiatives.

Drive strategic HR projects and process improvements.

About you

Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency.

Extensive practical senior human resources experience (3 years+) at an appropriate level and relevancy.

Demonstrated experience of leading and closing complex employee case management, including conflict / dispute resolution, performance management and disciplinary matters.

Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in a range of relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and experience with HR/payroll management systems).
