Job Description:
The Parking and Transportation Manager provides management and supervision of the all parking operations including fiscal management, planning, staff supervision, and alternative transportation. The Parking & Transportation Manager provides overall supervision of the UT Dallas Parking Office. Supervise the day-to-day operations which include first-line customer contact, citation payment processing, appeals processing, billing, collections, invoicing and reports. Additionally, the Parking and Transportation Manager oversees daily operations to assure efficient customer service; assures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and codes; evaluates customer and client eligibility and requirements. Handles monthly financial reconciliation, accounts payable, human resources, and inventory for department.
