Job Description
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by department need. This position may close early if the hiring need is filled or do to volume of applications received.
Core Responsibilities:
CSN is seeking applications for part-time instructors to teach History courses. The courses will be introductory level courses unless there is a specific need for instructors to teach other program courses. The greater need is for on ground instructors than online, but online courses are a possibility. Job responsibilities also include developing syllabi and course materials as well as evaluation of mastery of skills and competencies as required by course outcomes. Successful candidates are expected to provide an excellent teaching experience, engage in student advisement and participate in assessment of general education, program and course outcomes.
Part-Time Instructors must:

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) from a regionally accredited college or university with at least 18 graduate credits in the subject being taught, also from a regionally accredited college or university.
Salary Information
$925.00 per lecture credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
