Job Description:
Function of Position:
The Program Facilitator supports the administration and smooth operation of the ECMR program at the Monroe Community College campus level. This role focuses on student coordination, course logistics, documentation, and communication to ensure cohorts run effectively.
This is a part-time, temporary position
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate course logistics, schedules, and classroom readiness
- Manage classroom and computer lab space needs
- Support student recruitment, screening, and enrollment tracking
- Serve as a primary administrative contact for students
- Coordinate services such as wrap around supports for students
- Manage and provide attendance and testing records and flag participation concerns
- Ensure required forms, evaluations, and records are completed
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and program documentation
- Support instructors with operational or administrative needs
- Coordinate with ECMR staff on program updates or issues
- Assist with end-of-course reporting and data submission

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting academic, training, or workforce programs
- Experience working with students or adult learners
- Familiarity with technical or skills-based programs
Role Focus
This position is primarily coordination and operations oriented, supporting students, instructors, and program processes rather than delivering instruction.
Additional Information:
Employment Type: Part-time / 10 month
Salary Range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications)
Work Schedule: 21 hours/week, Tuesday-Thursday, 8:45 AM-4:45 PM
Location: FWD Center, 321 State Street, Rochester, NY 14608
