Monitor and audit clinical documentation, EHR records, and billing practices across all clinical departments; facilitate provider review sessions and corrective actions to ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, privacy, operational, and institutional requirements.

Conduct ongoing reviews of patient records to assess eligibility, treatment needs, and appropriateness for care within the School of Dental Medicine's clinical education programs.

Serve as a back-up and support patient advocacy initiatives and assist in the resolution of patient concerns and complaints.

Prepare, analyze, and distribute quality assurance, compliance, and variance reports to clinical leadership and the quality assurance and compliance teams.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinical operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher
• Dental office experience
• Demonstrated comfort and proficiency in utilizing various technological tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent
• At least three years of experience
