Job Description:

Summary:

The Phonathon position is responsible for using calling software to reach out American University alumni and students to help steward relationships with our valued donors. Students can select 3 shifts per week. Incumbent must be a current and enrolled student at American University.

Essential Functions:

• Use VanillaSoft calling software to reach out to alumni and parents.
• Share the importance of philanthropy and campus updates.
• Attend training sessions to enhance your performance.
• Help steward relationships with our valued donors.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-time.
• 20 hours per week.
• Select 3 shifts per week: Monday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Wednesday A-Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Wednesday B-Shift: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Thursday: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Sunday A-Shift: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Sunday B-Shift: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Salary Range:

• $17.95 per hour.
