Position in Clinical Dentistry

Applications are invited for one position in Clinical Dentistry, starting January 1, 2026, or soon after. The successful candidate will be appointed to a Full-time Limited Term faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor for one to five years, with possible higher rank based on qualifications. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD degree or equivalent, have at least five years of clinical practice experience, and be eligible for a General or Specialty Certificate of Registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). Preference is for those with experience in paediatric dentistry.
The role includes clinical teaching, participation in clinical curriculum design, monitoring student clinical progression, and faculty calibration and development. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, teaching, and mentoring abilities, possess excellent English communication skills, and be willing to collaborate in teaching and administration. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience, with an opportunity for private practice via one day per week of consulting privileges.
