Post-Doc Research Associate - PACE
Position Summary/Description:
Successful completion of the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy Community Practice Fellowship will enable the fellow to become a future faculty member who will be able to lead a successful practice-based research program. The fellowship focuses on the trifold mission of pharmacy faculty – teaching, service, and scholarship. As such, the program will provide the fellow with a solid foundation to begin a productive career in academic pharmacy.
Education and Experience:
- Demonstrate an interest in community pharmacy and academic practice and have an understanding of emerging trends in community pharmacy practice.
- Demonstrate project management experience;
- Demonstrate experience leading or engaging in complex collaborative efforts to achieve desired outcomes;
- Critical thinking and challenge the status quo to arrive at solutions with the greatest potential for impact;
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with others;
- Complete work to the highest academic standards; and
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities and activities.
