Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Clinical Oncology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 533220)

Duties and Responsibilities
- lead and support clinical and translational research initiatives
- develop, coordinate, and manage clinical trials in alignment with regulatory standards
- draft and submit grant proposals to secure research funding
- apply bioinformatics, biostatistics, and computational biology expertise to analyze complex datasets
- ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements for clinical research
- provide leadership and mentorship to junior researchers
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, scientists, and industry partners
- disseminate research findings through high-impact publications and presentations
Requirements
- a Ph.D. degree in biomedical sciences, bioinformatics, clinical research or related field
- strong clinical trial experience (design, execution, and regulatory submissions)
- proficiency in bioinformatics, statistical analysis (R, Python, SAS, or similar)
- fluent in English (written and spoken)
- proven grant-writing success and ability to secure funding
- strong academic track record (peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations)
- leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- experience in translational research bridging lab discoveries to clinical applications
- knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, or local guidelines)
- prior experience in multi-center trials or industry-academic collaborations
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis for 1-3 year(s), with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
