Job Summary
Assist with the operation of the Printing and Postal Services unit with a primary focus on the unit's front counter which entails both printing services and the postal operation. This is a part-time, 30 hour a week position.
Responsibilities
- Breaking down and processing packages from USPS, UPS DHI, and FEDX
- Process packages for lookup, Return to Sender, or for forwarding
- Assign PO Boxes and close PO Boxes for Students and Faculty who withdraw from the University
- Set up the front counter for daily sales
- Process daily reports when needed
- Process name badges for students and faculty
- Closeout Departmental sales 3 times a month for the budget office
- Work with students at the front counter when not busy with other tasks
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
- One (1) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary
$16.15 per hour. This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.

SKILLS
- Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills
