Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, ranging from 300,000 to 400,000 RMB annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional allowances provided by Shenzhen city or Guangdong province for eligible appointees, such as 1.6 million RMB (tax-free) for qualified talents awarded by Shenzhen’s government. The postdoc is a two-year contract, renewable for one additional year depending upon academic performance.
