Postdoctoral Research Fellow / Research Fellow - Quantum Computing

About This Opportunity

Join a world‑class research community and help shape the future of quantum computing at UQ. This is an exciting opportunity for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow or Research Fellow to contribute to groundbreaking quantum algorithms research led by Dr Riddhi Gupta and Associate Professor Sally Shrapnel. You’ll work at the forefront of theory, simulation and applications development, exploring the next generation of fault‑tolerant quantum hardware. Embedded within a vibrant ecosystem including the Queensland Digital Health Centre, the ARC Centre of Excellence for Quantum Biotechnology, the Queensland Decarbonisation Alliance and IBM‑affiliated HCLS quantum research. You’ll collaborate with leading experts, publish in high‑impact outlets and present your work on the national and international stage. About You
