Procurement and Finance Operations Support

Full time role supporting procurement and finance operations with efficient admin, vendor coordination, and policy compliance.

Some tasks of the role include:
- Assisting with the management of procurement processes from start to finish
- Responding to supplier and staff enquiries
- Maintaining procurement and finance databases
- Administering travel bookings and fleet services
- Supporting vendor relationships and contract updates
- Assisting with finance tasks and team activities
Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE) at our Lincoln Campus. Salary is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will have:
- Recent experience in finance, procurement, or admin roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence using procurement systems and documenting processes
- Understanding of government procurement rules and practices
- Alignment with Manaakitaka and Lincoln University values.
