Program Coordinator I
Department Summary
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Lab, collaborating closely with all members of the Digital Wellness Lab team, including faculty, researchers, and staff. They will be a key member of a growing, nimble team and will have the opportunity to engage meaningfully in fundraising, content development, marcomms, and research activities. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with an interest in non-profit or healthcare management, and adolescent health, media and technology, or psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating day-to-day Lab operations, including calendar management; meeting and travel logistics; activity and financial tracking; drafting communications; and serving as a liaison for external and cross-departmental engagements.
- Managing ongoing activities related to the global Inspired Internet Pledge, including participant outreach, convening logistics, information sharing, and activity tracking.
- Tracking and responding to presentation, conference, and interview requests, and supporting the preparation of presentation and outreach materials.
- Supporting research initiatives through project coordination, report drafting, literature reviews, and analytical assistance.
- Assisting with grant applications, funding proposals, grants management, and related fundraising activities.
- Collaborating with team members to support projects, respond to inquiries, and advance Lab priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
An associate's degree or equivalent experience is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience:
1 year of relevant experience.
