Program Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Provide daily support and coordination of one or more programs; including reporting, program development and implementation, and outreach activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create and maintain a database of all contacts, programs, and related data which is utilized in periodic reports.
- Identify and schedule classroom space as needed.
- Coordinate program activities and presentation materials for program events.
- Monitor and document program activities and performance, and report results.
- Develop, implement and maintain operational procedures.
- Serve as liaison with internal and external entities to develop and maintain working relationships to increase use of program services and promote HCC.
- Develop program related documents and forms, verify accuracy, completeness and compliance with program guidelines; oversee its maintenance and updates in support of program objectives and measurement criteria.
- Develop and monitor the assigned program budgets, which include all direct and indirect costs, in consultation with fiscal leadership and other program directors.
- Coordinate assigned program meetings and events.
- Provide data entry and verification for state and internal reports as requestEdDevelop public relation initiatives as needed to accomplish program objectives, in cooperation with the HCCS Office of Communications.
- Participate in management team initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, Communication or related field required
- 2 years related experience required
Licensing & Certification
- Valid Texas Driver License

Working Conditions
General Office. Must be able to perform all job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations; remain in a stationary position during shift; move items weighing up to 25 pounds; position self to operate job equipment; apply established protocols in a timely manner. Must access, input and retrieve information from technology devices; communicate with others to accomplish job requirements. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and holidays.
