Position Summary
Responsible for running complex programs and projects which include handling tasks that involve designing and development as well as production.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be able to interact effectively with individuals within the Dallas College community network.
- Must be able to provide quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.
- Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher plus seven (7) years of related experience in the subject matter to which the college location/has identified.
- Manage invoicing
- Track budgets
- Process startup fund payments
- Maintain financial reporting trackers
- Support grant reporting
- Manage procurement documentation
- Official transcripts required.
- Bilingual preferred.
