Program Coordinator
Job Summary
The Program Coordinator assists with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engagement and fundraising initiatives that strengthen relationships with alumni, parents and friends. Reporting to the Major Gift Officer, Sr. for the School of Engineering, the Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Director, as well as the Constituent Development team across multiple schools and units. The coordinator handles a wide range of advanced administrative tasks, including scheduling, managing correspondence and communications, coordinating travel and event logistics, and maintaining files and databases. The Program Coordinator will also serve as a point of contact for both internal and external constituencies, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years relevant experience
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field

Local travel between campus locations only

Incidental driving possible, but not required
Starting Salary/Rate
Expected hiring range: $20.00 - $23.00 / hr
